Fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city center. There are good restaurant choices nearby. The tram is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and one can easily reach the city center in 10 minutes. Our room was spotless, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. We kept asking ourselves, "Can we just take this bed with us?" A good night's sleep is of utmost importance. The parking garage is very safe, and the spaces are ample for even bigger vehicles. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Our go-to hotel in Bordeaux - stayed twice at this hotel, once in a junior suite and once in premium room. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, clean. Very nice gym with machines, free weights, cardio, high bar, parallel bars etc... Excellent sauna and steam room at no extra cost w certain rooms. Good breakfast, nice outside area in summer.

Comfortable, quiet room. No noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms and when window closed well insulated from outside noise. Nice, big bathroom with a good shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to leave baggage at the hotel on the last day.

Superior room with bathrobes and fridge. Good shower and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great-very helpful and friendly. Good location to visit Cité du Vin and Bassins de Lumieres. About 8 min walk to tram-easy to use tram system.

This was the perfect location to be in Bordeaux, just a very short distance to Le Cité du Vin and any number of restaurants nearby including the rooftop restaurant in the hotel overlooking the city and water. The spa was a delightful and enjoyable addition. The breakfasts were well worth the 15 Euros. Parking is conveniently located inside the hotel building. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. Reception staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Our room was just perfect. Probably the best we have had in France. We travel regularly through France to the south of Spain with our dog and often feel we are given a room that is substandard because of the dog. Not this time. THANK YOU!

So much! The location is fabulous - walks along the river in both directions are lovely and the variety of restaurants locally is so easy and enjoyable. Plus being near some interesting sights. We love the rooftop bar for breakfast and an evening drink. All the staff just seem to want to make our stay enjoyable and cannot do enough to help with local guidance and information on places to visit. We have already stayed here before and it is our preferred hotel in Bordeaux whenever we visit.

The bedroom was very spacious and very clean, AC was super silent and the bedroom was sound proof, bathroom was spacious and very clean and modern as the whole bedroom, toilet in a separate room which is nice, breakfast was on 5th floor with rooftop tables with amazing view. Breakfast was very good and with a good amount of options, the hotel is overall big and modern and super quiet , our parking ended up as free.

Amazing hotel stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, dog friendly, breakfast was plentiful and staff were great. The hotel is around a 40min flat walk from the centre. Hotel parking is situated in the hotel itself and really easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again
